If you are a regular user of any of our facilities you will find it beneficial to apply for a Life card. As a cardholder you will receive discounts and can take up special promotions.

If you're a young person aged three to eighteen and living in Sunderland you can receive a FREE Life card.

Examples of the discounts available

• Swimming - £2 rather than £2.95 (saving £0.95p)
• Diving (30mins) - £2.70 rather than £3.50 (saving £0.80p)

• Use of your card as a deposit for equipment hire
• One credit booking in any 14 day period
• Two pre paid bookings in any 14 day period
• Free spectating at any of the leisure centres
• A whole year to get active

How to apply for your Life card

To receive your Life card simply read and complete the Life Card Application and take it into your nearest leisure or wellness centre.
