Potty training is an important milestone for your child, but learning to gain control of the bowel and bladder can be a complicated process and your child needs to be emotionally and physically ready to start potty training.
All children learn to use the toilet at a different stage in their life and it helps to remember that you cannot force your child to use a potty if they are not ready. Most parents start thinking about potty training when their child is around 18 to 24 months old, but there is no perfect time.
