Positive Imagery Campaign

The Family and Parenting Team recently put together a poster campaign to advertise the Sunderland Parenting Offer and to provide some tips on what makes a ‘positive parent’. Instead of buying in models from an agency, they used images of local parents and carers spending time with their children and young people. Click here for more information

Parents Week 2009

Parents’ Week was celebrated across Sunderland for the first time in 2009. Thanks to funding from the Family and Parenting Team, sixteen organisations including schools and community venues were able to host activities for parents/carers to enjoy. Click here for more information
